It was the bottom of the last inning of the last game of a very long weekend, and not one player wanted to go home. Witnesses describe a scene familiar to anyone who has ever sat in the stands: a favorite cap, a folding chair, and the anticipation of the next pitch.
Full Count Baseball Club began with four friends, two couples, and more weekends at the field than anyone can count. The idea was simple. Make gear that feels familiar from the first wear, warmed by California, for the kids who play and the people who show up for them.
“Full count is where it gets good,” one parent said, declining to leave the bleachers. “You're still in it.”
